I am a fully certified Pilates teacher and a proud member of The Pilates Method Alliance. My apprenticeship teaching and practice has been conducted over eight years in Florida, Toronto, California and Ottawa with several reputable masters. I am presently studying with Dianne Miller of Vancouver, BC. I continue to improve my skills and understanding of the work by ongoing training and study workshops. In addition, I am deepening my knowledge of human anatomy and movement by taking musculo-skeletal courses at the University of Ottawa.

Outside of my group and private teachings at the Centre for Manual Physiotherapy, I work extensively in conjunction with physiotherapists, neurologists and chiropractors focusing on rehabilitative movement. I teach equipment work and I remain an active instructor in the community.

My passion for Pilates is apparent in my easy-to-understand teaching approach, my pursuit for excellence, and my ability to allow clients to enjoy the freedom of movement.

I joined the team at The Centre for Manual Physiotherapy in June 2003 and thoroughly enjoy working with the physiotherapists in the rehabilitative environment.
