Cancellation Policy
- In order to provide impartial and efficient service for all of our clients, it is important that you accept only those appointments that you will be able to keep.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, it is important that you notify us 24 hours in advance, 1 full business day’s notice.
- If this is not possible, please note the following:
- Cancellations or appointment changes due to UNAVOIDABLE circumstances must be done before 9:00 am on the day of the appointment.
- Cancellations or appointment changes after 9:00 am on the day of appointment are subject to a full charge.
- Failure to cancel or change an appointment will result in a full charge.
- Please be aware that insurance companies WILL NOT pay for missed treatments.

- We do have an answering machine so please leave a message.
- Full Payment for services is due weekly.
- Payment by Cash, Cheque, VISA, or Mastercard is accepted.
- Please note that a $20.00 fee will be charged for all NSF Cheques.
